Return & Refund Policy

At Celestial Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging (box or polybag).

Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong, defective, or incorrect size item.

How to Request a Return

You can raise a return request by contacting us at celestialfashion9@gmail.com

Our team will review your request and respond promptly. Once your return is approved, our delivery partner will collect the item from your doorstep.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item or size, you can exchange it by returning the product and placing a new order for the correct one on our website: celestials.site

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, it will usually reach you within 7 days.

However, in some pin codes or remote locations, delivery may take a few extra days depending on the courier service.

You will receive an email with further information.

You can check your order details by clicking on the profile icon at the top right corner of our website and logging in with the same email ID you used while placing your order.

Alternatively, you can open your Gmail app — an order confirmation receipt is automatically sent to your email right after your purchase.

If you don’t find it, it likely means you didn’t enter your email ID during checkout. Don’t worry! You can simply message us at celestialfashion9@gmail.com, and we’ll help you with your order details or confirmation.

You can email us at celestialfashion9@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you want to update your address or make changes.

Please note that once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
